At this year’s Nantwich International Cheese Show, TV chef James Martin awarded Butler’s Trotter Hill traditional Lancashire the coveted Cheese Lovers Trophy while Inglewhite Sweet & Nutty Goat’s Cheese took the award for Best Modern British Cheese.
“Just like a parent, we can’t choose a favourite, as each of our cheeses has unique characteristics and each is delicious in its own way,” said Tim. “We recommend customers try them all!”

Trotter Hill Tasty Lancashire
A signature recipe since 1932, this carefully aged traditional Lancashire cheese has a wonderful golden colour, long lasting savoury flavour and an open buttery crumble.
A delicate rind hides a complex, creamy and indulgent centre with a velvety texture that transports everyone who tastes it to an oasis of tranquillity and calm.
