The Beer Hall offers a unique and inviting place to sample an ale or two, grab a bite to eat, and relax with friends. Enjoy a freshly-pulled beer at one of the longest bars in the UK. With 42 hand pulls and at least 24 new cask ales on the bar every week the hardest decision is which one to choose!

About the Job
Participating in the preparation, set up and service of the floor and bar service areas, you’ll ensure a high level of efficiency whilst maintaining and improving standards and quality of service, running a section, opening or closing the business, it will all come naturally to you.
Ensuring all Floor & Bar areas are always kept presentable and tidy, to ensure the best experience for our customers.
You will work closely with the Managers to develop the Beer Hall service team, to improve the quality of service delivery & profitability in line with company and business goals.

Full Time working 5 days out of 7, evenings and weekends with competitive rates of pay, tips.

You’ll be committed to delivering fantastic customer service but will also be a competent leader with strong communication, supervisory skills that mean you can interact with all levels of colleagues and guests.
With a flexible approach, and able to quickly adapt to change, you’ll have worked in this environment before and have a real eye for detail. Ideally, you’ll have leadership experience in an F&B environment including duty management training and the proven ability to go the extra mile for our customers.

Salary: £7.83 to £8.30 /hour
