About the Job
As Pastry Chef you will be responsible for the production of all pastry dishes ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times. This is a busy kitchen environment that requires people with good communication and teamwork to ensure the team deliver exemplary food and service consistently. It is essential that you can work in a highly pressured environment.
You will be responsible for stock ordering and rotation, hygiene, COSHH and HACCAP in pastry but also assisting in the main kitchen. It’s vital that you maintain good food hygiene practices to provide a safe and clean working environment. You will also be responsible for the ongoing training of staff.
