James’ Places operates a mix of businesses across the Holmes Mill site, including a Beer Hall, Bistro & Bar, Ice Cream Parlour, The Spinning Block hotel and a Foodhall with busy café operation.

The right person will have experience of multi-site operations and the ability to lead and drive the food & beverage operation in all venues onsite and to lead and support the managers in each site. Ideally, experience in wedding operations, is preferable.

You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the varying business models across site and the different requirements for each, in order to maximise delivery.

Reporting to the Operations Director, this position will suit an individual with hands on knowledge within the hospitality sector, particularly high-volume venues and the ability to drive the whole site forward, constantly developing product, service and training standards.
