An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Butcher in our fabulous Food Hall at Holmes Mill.
Do you have the skills, ability and attributes to carry out this role or be trained to do so?
You must have a passion for food and drink, be able to use those all-important knife skills and be able to work with meat and poultry.
The role will include all things processing, production, boning, cutting and packing to BBQ boxes, meat hampers and wait for it Christmas Turkey Orders!
