We’re giving you the chance to win The Ultimate Holmes Mill experience for you (prize winner) and one friend. To enter, like the post, follow @holmesmill_ and @thespinningblock instagram page and comment you’re favourite Holmes Mill experience, or one you would like to have if you haven’t visited us yet.

Terms and Conditions of Entry.

  1. The promoter is James Places James Places c/o Holmes Mill, Greenacre Street, Clitheroe BB7 1EB
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of James’ places. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. You must be over 18 years of age and provide valid proof of ID (all guests)
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person per platform (The competition will also run on Facebook). Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.
  7. The winner will be announced on Monday 3rdSeptember 2018. The prize will be one overnight stay in a classic double, with dinner and breakfast to be booked within 6 months of the date of winning, Sunday – Thursday subject to availability. Dinner allowance is allocated at £22.50 per person and must be ordered of a set menu. One 3rdclass circumnavigation voucher to share, one single scoop ice cream each and 1 classic Lancashire hamper to share from The Bowland Food Hall. All prizes are to be activated and/or picked up on the date the hotel booking is made. Prize winners are also subject to being recorded and/or photographed for promotion of “The Holmes Mill Experience”
  8. Only one winner will be picked overall despite the competition running on both Facebook and Instagram.
  9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  11. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  12. The winner will be contacted on Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
