Bowland Food Hall prides itself on finding the best produce from local and beyond, with hardworking suppliers who are proud of their heritage. We are very excited to announce that over the coming months we will be hosting a number of meet the supplier’s events. Here you will have the opportunity to find out where all your Food Hall Favourites are coming from.

Friday 23rd March
Batch is a local Lancashire distillery that makes it its mission is to make and sell hand-crafted premium spirits, distilled in small batches using superior ingredients, to deliver a truly different drinking experience. The team will be joining us from 11 am – 3 pm for a tasting session and a chat about the companies heritage.
Friday 6th April
All of Adesso’s products are carefully made using the best quality ingredients. These are combined to create amazing flavours which meet the desires of the discerning palate and time conscious needs of today’s cooking and to make even the most humble foods extra special. Adesso will be here from 11 am to offer free tastings and discuss flavour pairings as well as how their company came to be.
Friday 20th April
Harrogate Tipple, the home of Premium Harrogate Gin and Premium Harrogate Rum.
Steve and Sally are a married couple living in Harrogate with three children and Rex (the dog).
We both enjoy a tipple or two, so it seemed like a good idea to mix business with pleasure, especially when we found what we thought would be the perfect building in the centre of Harrogate – an old smokehouse (built in 1899), in need of a little tender loving care and so it began. Join us for a tipple from 11 am with samplings and talks about how we began.

Tricky Dickies Sticky Toffee Pudding
Homemade Traditional, Ginger and Chocolate Sticky Toffee Pudding, served in a microwaveable container, with a generous portion of butterscotch sauce.
